The Basic Certificate in CNC Machining provides students with the skills and knowledge to set up and operate CNC lathes and mills. Certificate completers will be able to gain entry-level jobs as CNC machine operators or machinist trainees. The BC program prepares students for roles as CNC tool programmers, operators, setters, as well as tool and die setters. The program is appropriate for career changers, high school graduates, general education diploma holders, and machining workers with a need to enhance their careers.
